After the announcement of Nexus Galaxy and introduced the newest Android OS, Ice Cream Sandwich, Google has released a new update for Maps.


The new Google Maps now supported Android Beam/Near Field Communication features is a big part of Android moving forward with Ice Cream Sandwich OS. Beside that there is also differentiate app size downloads for different screen resolutions. It mean larger size downloads to cater higher resolution on the display for devices with qHD such as Galaxy Nexus & Galaxy Note.
